Examples include tension testing of various steel wire ropes, cable tension testing, rope tension measurement, copper wire tension-pull detection, aluminum wire steel-cored aluminum strand tension measurement, curtain wall cable tension detection, cable tension-pull testing, high-strength rope tension testing, etc.

16.Equipped with automatic system compensation function. Force measurement steps: 1. Press "ON/OFF" to enter the previous cable number measurement state, allowing direct measurement of steel cables with the same cable number.

2. Long press (MODEC) "Cable Number/Setting" to enter the cable number selection program. Choose the cable number to be tested from 1-7 (refer to the cable number comparison table), then press (ENTER/ZERO) "Clear/Confirm" to confirm.

3. Insert the steel cable into the wheel groove and press (ENTER/ZERO) "Clear/Confirm" to zero.

4. Long press (PEAK/VALUE) "Peak/Unit" to switch between KG and KN units as per user requirements (see arrow indicator on display).

5. Short press (PEAK/VALUE) "Peak/Unit" to display the highest peak value of the measured rope (see arrow indicator on display).

6. Tighten the handwheel until the steel cable reaches the limit, then the steel cable tension will be displayed. If no operation is performed, it will automatically shut down after 30 minutes.

For higher measurement accuracy, use the calibrated cable number for force measurement. It is not recommended to use a high-range tension meter for small-diameter cables. If the tension meter shows abnormalities or after prolonged use, it should be recalibrated. After measurement, press "ON/OFF" to turn off the power.
